It would be good to have a quick building inventory town hall structure from the start. It could be a stick in the ground, even, like the idling stick that already exists, just something to be able to know what one has very early on. The Thingstead takes a bit of time and effort to build, what with digging up and transporting 18 boulders, which takes needed time away survival gathering at the beginning of a game. It wouldn’t necessarily replace the Thingstead, but could just be some simplified inventory record keeper and showing what animals or seeds the people are starting out with.
