The town houses of the Viking era. It’s a post and beam construction, built of logs and clay with a wooden or thatch roof. They are suitable for dense housing areas and don’t need that much wood resources compared to log constructions. Drawback of this house type is a poor efficiency of firewood consuption, so it is more suitable for mild climates.
