The paper mill is a new construction in Banished land. It introduces papermaking in the way it was done about 300 years ago, with waterpower and out of linen rags. This mill is a big production site and quite expensive to build, but paper is a profitable trade good and worth the effort. Since linen is used as raw material, it is built on top of the flax chain, which is already included in many main mods.
