The smokehouse is a simple cabin mainly built of wood and used as a proper workplace for preservation of meat and fish. Due to its higher capacity, the working speed is faster than in smaller sheds and various food resources can be stored here at the same time. Used food resources for smoking are trout and salmon as well as beef, mutton and venison. Of course, also firewood is necessary to run the smoking process.
